Scholarship Application

We encourage graduating Cornwall seniors with college plans to apply for our one-time scholarship. We award to one senior who displays interest and ability “…to foster and advance the goals and ideals of our American democratic society through education and community involvement.”

A fully completed application will be reviewed by the selection committee. Information in this form is confidential and will be used only for evaluating scholarship applications.

Instructions

Scholarship applications must be submitted by May 30, 2024.
We recommend you compose your essay in another application in advance and paste the text into this form in Section 4.
Before filling out this form, obtain at least one letter of recommendation.
Immediately after submitting this form, please email your letter of recommendation to info@CornwallDems.org, using the email address you provide in the application form.
